- Potatoes- 3 (boiled and mashed)
- Onions- 1
- Green chilli- 3
- Curry leaves- 1 string
- Oil- 1tbs
- Mustard seeds- 1tsp
- Urud dal- 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder- 1tsp
- Salt- to taste.
- Heat up the pan, add in oil, mustard seeds, urud dal.
- Add in chopped onions, green chilli, curry leaves and sauté until the onions turn light brown colour.
- Now add in mashed potatoes, salt and turmeric powder sauté for 5 mins.
- Add in water and cook for 10 mins.
- Now the Poori masala is ready!!
