Description

This Homemade hot chocolate recipe is rich, quick, lusciously creamy! Better than your take out! The combo of cocoa powder and chocolate chips makes it extravagantly delicious!

Ingredients

2 cups-Milk
1/4 cup -Sugar
2 tablespoon Cocoa powder
2 Tablespoon Chocolate chips
1 teaspoon -Vanilla essence


Instructions

To a saucepan, pour in milk, sugar, stir and bring to boil for 3 mins over medium heat.
Then add cocoa powder stir for a few minutes.
Add chocolate chips, stir and dissolve the chocolate chips completely and boil the milk for 5 mins.
Off from the heat, add vanilla essence.
That’s it! Hot chocolate is ready to be served.


Notes

Tips to make best hot chocolate:

Use high quality chocolate to get the best taste.

Do not the boil the milk for a long time.

Use a good quality cocoa powder, for the best results, I have used Hershey!
