A complete summer soup, with perfect refreshing vegetables mixed and churned into a semi-liquid gravy, topped with veggies or bread crumbs.
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 garlic
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Ingredients to make gazpacho are taken.
- Add all the ingredients to a blender
- Grind to a smooth paste, refrigerate to cool, and serve.
The consistency of the liquid is a very important factor, it should not be too thick, either too watery, so make sure you grind it well and there are no lumps left in the liquid after churning.
It tastes the best if you serve it chilled, so after you are done preparing, refrigerate it for 3 hours minimum and serve it cold and fresh.
You could serve it topped with fresh cream, mint leaves, and sliced dossed bread crumbs.
