Ingredients

  • Besan- 1 cup
  • chilli powder- 1.5 tsp
  • tirmeric powder- 1 tsp
  • Hing- 1/2 tsp
  • salt- to taste
  • corianderleaves- finely chopped 1 tbs
  • chillies- 1 finely chopped (optional)
  • Oil- 1 tbs

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl with 2 .5 cups of water.
  2. The consistency should be thin than the regular dosa.
  3. Heat up the griddle, make dosa and drizzle some oil on sides.. cook on both the sides.
  4. Thats it!! BESAN KA CHEELA is ready!! Serve it with tomato chutney, Tamarind chutney.

throw some chopped coriander leaves

add in water and mix them without ant lumps.. the consistency should be little lighter than the dosa batter

Heat up the griddle and make dosa, drizzle some oil on sides.. thats it!!! Quick an Easy Dosa is ready!!!
