Besan Ka Cheela/ How to make Besan Dosa

Ingredients
- Besan- 1 cup
- chilli powder- 1.5 tsp
- tirmeric powder- 1 tsp
- Hing- 1/2 tsp
- salt- to taste
- corianderleaves- finely chopped 1 tbs
- chillies- 1 finely chopped (optional)
- Oil- 1 tbs
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl with 2 .5 cups of water.
- The consistency should be thin than the regular dosa.
- Heat up the griddle, make dosa and drizzle some oil on sides.. cook on both the sides.
- Thats it!! BESAN KA CHEELA is ready!! Serve it with tomato chutney, Tamarind chutney.
