STEP BY STEP PICTURES:
- 1/2 cup Tender coconut
- 1/2 cup cashews nuts (soaked in water for 15 mins)
- 1/2 cup spring onions
- 2 tbs oil
- 1 tbs tomato ketchup
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tomato
- 3 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
Heat up oil, add spring, saute for the minute.
Add chopped tomato and cook the tomato until it turns mushy
Add the chopped tender coconut and soaked cashews (drain the water) saute everything for 5 mins.
In goes the spice powder add chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt. saute for a minute.
Then, add 1/2 cup of water and cook them for another 10 mins.
Add tomato ketchup and sprinkle some coriander leaves and cook for 2 to 3 mins.
