- Alphonsa Mangoes- 2
- Sugar- 1 cup
- Elachi- 1tsp
Wash the alphonsa mangoes and peel and chop them, add in to the blender and pulse for a second.
Transfer it to a small bowl, add in elachi, sugar and mix everything well till the sugar dissolves.
Chill in the refrigerator.
Serve Aamras with hot pooris or chapati.
