Hi Friends 🙂 This is the one recipe is always on my mind since long time, i planned to post this recipe on valentine day, couldn’t able to post it!:( I should say I’m a chocolate addict, i eat anything, everything in chocolate except the cocao powder from the box :0 :).The one particular thing i personally love about this Chocolate Mousse is its doesn’t require for overnight set in the fridge. Its quick, no fuss and EGGLESS. Its great idea for the party or any get-to-gather. Generally Chocolate mousse is made using raw egg, here i used marshmallow which act as a gelatine to set a chocolate Mousse. This recipe it take half an hour to set for me, let me tell you, you could also make this within 5 minutes.. yessss!! yesss only 5 minutes!! 🙂 🙂 if you beaten up the cream mixture until fluffy, then mix the mixture in a melted chocolate and set in fridge. Serve after 5 minutes!! Quick Right?? Its creamy, smooth and its just melting.. I grated some white chocolate before serving.
- Marshmallows- 1 cup
- Butter- 4 tbs
- Chocolate- 1 and ¼ cup
- Water- 1 tbs
- Whipping cream/Double cream- ¾th cup
- vanilla Essense- 1 dash
- Melt the marshmallows, chocolate,butter, water until it turns smooth and silky.
- Keep them aside let it cools down.
- Beat the double cream and vanilla essence for 5 to 10 minutes or until it turns fluffy.
- Add chocolate mixture to the heated cream.
- Mix them and place it in the serving bowl.
- Keep refrigerated for ½ hour.
The consistency of the chocolate mixture is to melt and its liquid consistency. do not stir for a long time otherwise it might turn hard.
